How It Works

A delivery-based refillery is a new concept for many of us, so here’s how it works:

  1. Step 1: Place your “first fill” order. We recommend getting a 16 oz bottle, which comes with a reusable pump top, plus a 32 oz or 64 oz bottle with a lid for easy, at-home refills!

  2. Step 2: Enjoy clean, effective products every day, knowing you reduced single-use plastic use.

  3. Step 3: When you’re ready, order a “bottle swap.” We’ll deliver a new container with just a lid (keep your pump top).

  4. Step 4: Rinse and put your empties out for pickup on delivery day. We sanitize, reuse, and keep the cycle going!

Ingredients

Purified Water. Methylglycinediacetic Acid, Sodium Salt – synthetic chelating agent (EPA Safer Choice–listed). Protease & Amylase Enzymes – plant-derived enzymes that break down food and grease. Alkyl Polyglucoside – plant-based cleanser. Fatty Alcohol Alkoxylate – synthetic surfactant (EPA Safer Choice–listed). Xanthan Gum – plant-based thickener. Sodium Citrate – plant-based water softener. Calcium Chloride – mineral for stability and performance.

Free from phosphates, phthalates, SLS, SLES, chlorine, and synthetic fragrances.

Instructions

For a standard dishwasher load, use about 1½ tablespoons (20 cc) of gel in the detergent cup. For heavy soil or very hard water, you may need slightly more.

Scrape (no need to fully rinse) excess food from dishes before loading and avoid overfilling the dishwasher so water can circulate.

Safety

Keep out of reach of children and pets. Avoid contact with eyes; if contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water. If swallowed, drink water and contact a doctor or poison control. Do not mix with other cleaners or bleach. Use only in automatic dishwashers and on dishwasher-safe items.
