We use and love these products in our own homes, and we hope you will too. Because most items are unpackaged refills, we aren’t able to accept product returns.

If your order arrives damaged, please reach out right away with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item’s condition. We’ll do our best to promptly make it right.
