Delivery Policy

Delivery Area
PurposeFill currently offers local delivery only within Bend, Oregon (zip codes 97701, 97702, 97703).

Delivery Schedule
Deliveries occur weekly on Friday. Orders placed by 12 PM on Thursday are guaranteed for Friday delivery. Orders placed after that time may be delivered the following week. 

Delivery Fees
Orders of $30 or more qualify for free delivery. Orders under $30 will incur a $5 delivery fee.

Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts
If we are unable to deliver your order (e.g., access issues, incorrect address), we will contact you via email. A redelivery fee may apply for subsequent attempts.

No Shipping
PurposeFill does not currently ship products. For those outside our delivery area, we encourage you to visit findarefillery.com to locate a refillery near you.
