How It Works

A delivery-based refillery is a new concept for many of us, so here’s how it works:

  1. Step 1: Place your “first fill” order. We recommend getting a 16 oz bottle, which comes with a reusable spray top, plus a 32 oz or 64 oz bottle with a lid for easy, at-home refills!

  2. Step 2: Enjoy clean, effective products every day, knowing you reduced single-use plastic use.

  3. Step 3: When you’re ready, order a “bottle swap.” We’ll deliver a new container with just a lid (keep your spray top).

  4. Step 4: Rinse and put your empties out for pickup on delivery day. We sanitize, reuse, and keep the cycle going!

Ingredients

Base: Purified water
Plant-based & safer-cleansing agents: Sodium caprylyl sulfonate (plant-derived cleanser), Alcohol alkoxylate (plant-derived surfactant), Ethanol (plant-derived), Citric acid (plant-derived pH adjuster)
Enhanced performance & stability (EPA Safer Choice–listed synthetics): Methylglycinediacetic acid, sodium salt, Propylene glycol methyl ether, Benzisothiazolinone, Methylisothiazolinone, Phenoxyethanol

Instructions

  1. Prep: Thoroughly vacuum the area you plan to clean.

  2. Spot treat: For heavily soiled spots, spray undiluted Carpet & Rug Cleaner directly on the area.

  3. Dilute for larger areas: Mix 4–6 tablespoons (2–3 fl oz) of cleaner into 1 gallon of warm water.

  4. Clean: Apply the diluted solution directly with a clean cloth or sponge, or use it in a carpet cleaning machine according to the machine’s directions.

  5. Remove moisture: Blot with a clean towel or extract using your carpet machine.

  6. Dry & finish: Allow carpet or rug to dry completely, then vacuum to remove any remaining encapsulated residue.

Always test on an inconspicuous area first to check for colorfastness.

Safety

Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes; if contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water. If ingested, drink water and consult a doctor. Use only as directed on water-safe, colorfast carpets and rugs.
